There is a menu "Layer/Navigation/Activate last ..." to activate the layers and set shortcuts for it.

There no such menu for Document navigation.
It looks like "Ctrl-Tab" does roll around the documents ; but not always in sequence.
When you add a new doc to the stack ; the doc that was active just before, gets kicked out of the sequence.
Open 5 documents ; select doc number 3. Add a new doc ; it will open at the bottom as doc number 6.
Now, if you tab, doc number 3 is out of sequence

Same for Compositions. The only way to activate the compositions is the mouse.
The be able to quickly compare compositions, it would nice to be able to set keyboard shortcuts (first, last, next, previous).
