Rotation stretching?

When I rotate a layer, it is being stretched and having the original size modified, and I don´t remember this happening before...

I don't seee any stretching here when I rotate a layer.

Do you have a small sample document and a more detailed description to reproduce the problem?

Well, now I'm doing it on another computer and there's no problem too.
Don´t understand why it happened. I'll check again when I get to the other pc.
