Enhancements:
- New working layer, edit working layer: if the full preview was switched off, the original effect was shown
- Double arrows: Click with Shift pressed will handle 1/10 of the default value (Ctrl 10x)
- Ruler Tool: Font, font color and line color per dialog
- Window maximize/normal and next in window menu
- Scale dialog: Popup values are read from options
- Scale dialog: remembers last values
- Rotate function resets the rotate EXIF flag anyway

Bug fixes:
- Change Document Size: It was only possible to shrink in image mode
- Plugins: some problems fixed
- Automatic text flow: problem with text layers in groups fixed
- Rename Multiple, Mac OS: was not localized
- Whitepoint, Mac OS: some text not localized
- Lense Correction, Mac OS: Text "Image:" was missing
- Print Options, Label, Mac OS: Text was cut off
- Flood Fill, Mask Mode: first used could cause a crash
