My computer went to heaven and I'm setting up a new computer. Yes I lost my Photoline settings!!
All's fine. "So far"! Chance for a fresh start.
But one thing I'm having a brain failure on. When I try to use the Copy/Clone tool I keep getting the Layers options popping up whenever I right click. Help me figure out what my brain can't
