Bug in v 22.02?

I've just installed v 22.02. I notice a couple of issues. The Free Lasso and Play Active Action buttons are greyed out. There may be others but that's all I have used so far. Both buttons work but they are greyed out.

edit - actually when I look there are others also greyed out. View 100%. Antialias.

They are not really disabled, but a bit less bright, because that's better for the eyes. The problem is that other icons have full brightness. We will check that.

They were like it then in v22.00 they improved. Now back to what they once were.
