Greetings PhotoLiners,
I am using Tool -> Rotate Layer to control the rotation of my layer, to exactly 72°. I find that Rotate Layer ignores the rotation point you have selected, and instead rotates about the centre of the layer. You can rotate the layer manually by left clicking the corner with your mouse and dragging, and that seems to work as expected. But then you lose the fine control over the angle.
This was raised as an issue back in 2016:

Is there a fix or a workaround for this?
I am on version 20.02.

Re: Rotate Layer about center point
first of all, you should consider to use the latest version 20.5.
If you want to rotate around the Rotation Point, just use the Angle field in the layer attributes.
