Because of the amount of layers only 200px. The file size here in the forum is limited.
Nothing spectacular but nice to see.

Pretty.
How did you create the color cycle?
Some greayscale picture + adjustment layer "false color" + fading in another layer between?

Re: GIF with 26 layers and my original jpg
I did it with a gradient circle around the "wings".
Because of GIF-Format the colours are reduced.
So all the layers became a different look.

And how did you move the colors in general?
I thought about "Web < dynamic animation", like in the atttached file. Not sure if there isn't a nicer way than this.

Re: GIF with 26 layers and my original jpg
Oh sorry. I've read circle instead of cicle.
The original file was 2k x 2k.
I needed these dimension for a clear division of the colours.
The first layer was the green one.
Then every following layer is a hue-changed layer (6pts for every layer)
Saved every change as a file (beause of a 50 layer poster project).
The idea came up to reduce the size of the files and make an animation out of them.
I've had to reduce the pic size to 200px, then reduced the amounts of layers to 26, because of the file limitation here in the forum.
Sure, there are more convenient ways to achieve this. Action for colour changing and reducing file size?
BUT... keep in mind, that if you reduce the size of the start pic , before changing the colours, that horrible colour bleedings will follow.
The starting idea for this animation was spontanious and not initial.
The animation with larger pics is much nicer.
I am not at my PC, so I cannot see your att file at the moment.

Don't have a clue, how you did yours.
I also didn't find a way to animate.

Re: GIF with 26 layers and my original jpg
Oh, now I see what I did wrong. I made a change after I saved the PLD, find the new one attached. It's not perfectly smooth, I find it hard to create a gradient that is divided exactly in the middle.
"Web > dynamic animation" goes together with the normal layer stack.
I put all layers into a group, so when you just open the animation dialog, you see nothing of interest. Just the group being displayed at one position for 3 seconds, nothing more.
You have to open and enter the group to see how the effect is created.
EDIT: I used the normal "save as" to save as GIF. But you have to check the save options, there's an option to save as animated gif.

Well done.
