For this example I downloaded the train image and made a sepia-color-image out of it.
I blended the image with a selfmade grunge-image with "vivid-light" to make it a bit older and reduced the opacity and cleaned it up.
Then I masked the image and wiped out the outer image.
Next step I took the cloud brushes with a "brownlike" color and "stamped" the clouds in the white parts of the background in a 30% coverage.
Last step ist put some text on it.
Hours of work: 2,5h.
