Bug Fixes:

Attributes panel: Changing the document DPI could crash. The conditions for the crash are not fully clear
Dynamic Animation: the point of rotation of a layer couldn't be set correctly
Plugins, Windows: Recursive search didn't work
Edit/Copy Merged: The resulting image was often 1 pixel too small
Outline Warping, Text layers: after loading an outline warp was often displayed wrongly
Text, Mac OS: horizontally scaled text was not shown scaled
Path effects: layer with path effects ignored layer masks
Attributes panel, 16 bit property: the 16 bit property wasn't always handled correctly
Browse: PLD files in Lab or CMYK color space could be shown wrongly, if they used working layers
PSD Import: Layer effects recognize the rop mode now
Guides, align: the catch distance zoomed proportionally with the document
Layer rotation point, dragging, guides: the rotation point didn't snap exactly to guides
