It is highly recommended to uncheck Use System Mouse Cursor in Preferences -> Working -> Cursor to improve cursors appearance.
In this version icons and cursors structure in PLD files optimized for PhotoLine 23 and higher. Some icons may display incorrectly in earlier versions of PhotoLine.
In some UI places icons may look distorted because they are aligned to 14/16/18 pixel grid instead of original pixel perfect 15/17/19 pixel grid.
In Windows due problem with cursor transparency, white outline around cursors may generate dark artifacts.

- removed some legacy unused icon duplicates for Document Export bar.
- 20286 IDS_LAYER_COMP_EDIT icon (for 23.90b10)
- other small fixes.

- "Pixel Snapping" set to "No" in almost all Layers Attributes. This brings back original "smoother" icons appearance. (Explanation from Martin Huber: Quite a while ago, we turned on "Pixel Snapping" in Pictures.pld (in the Document Attributes). As a consequence, the icons are sharper, but filled vector graphics smaller than 1 pixel might vanish. If you use a PicturesUser.pld, it is merged into Pictures.pld and uses its Pixel Snapping state. Of course, you can turn off pixel snapping for some or all of your icons by using the Layer Attributes.)
- More German localized icons.
- Slightly improved window and panel control buttons with "Pixel Snapping" set to "Yes" to match native Windows 10 look and feel.
- Disabled legacy unused icon resources 190020, 190021, 190022, 190023, 200020 because seems they conflict with new beta versions of PhotoLine.
- other small fixes.

- Zoom level 1 to 9 icons. These icons match to Zoom Levels recommended for my Keyboard Layout kit. If you prefer to use different Zoom levels in settings, just turn numbers off in layers from 8980 to 8988.
